We are currently looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Video & Photographer.

Equipment use

• Transport, set up, and operate various production equipment such as cameras, audio/ video recorders, lighting equipment props, and microphones.
• Maintain photographic and electronic communications equipment, including ordering needed accessories

• Bachelor degree in photography/videography production, photojournalism or related field
• Experience shooting and editing video is a must
• Demonstrated professional experience or a portfolio of work that demonstrates proficiency with all stages of short video production, including conception, filming, capturing professional quality audio, editing, distributing and archiving
• Experience and proficiency with DSLR and compact cameras
• Experience with media formats such as JPEG, MPEG, PDF, etc
• Good knowledge of English
• Possibility to work on weekend when needed

Computer skill

• Working knowledge of Mac and PC computing platforms
• Strong technical ability in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom or other similar software
• Strong technical ability in Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Graphic Design experience highly desired
• Experience in Adobe After Effects strongly desired

• Take professional photographs and film video in a studio or important locations, people, events.
• Use different techniques to enhance the photographs as required
• Recommend creative ideas to exceed expectations of goals and objectives
• Review sets of photographs and select the best results
• Process photos by editing digital images (including re-touching, color correcting, cropping, etc.) to produce clear visuals
• Transfer digital files to computer and keep record of photos/videos in a database/library
• Plans concept design with accurate manner and high-quality work
• Work closely with Manager to produce high-quality photographic images
• Use photo/Video manipulation software such as Adobe Suite to get desired results
• Use artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographs/Videographer
• Operate various photographic equipment such as single lens reflex cameras and film or digital cameras
• Ensure all pictures are appropriate, processed and ready in time to meet deadlines
• Manage time effectively in order to achieve assigned tasks
• Collaborate with different departments/services on a variety of projects pertaining to photography, videography, and other communication needs

Location: This position is based in Phnom Penh
