Smiling Gecko Switzerland (SGS) was established in 2012 as a not-for- profit organization under Swiss law. It provides direct aid in the form of finance and other support to the needy in Cambodia, sponsoring projects that are sustainable both from an ecological and economic standpoint. Smiling Gecko is a non- governmental organization engaged in a number of development and aid projects. These include humanitarian projects assisting children, families and village communities through campaigns and / or direct aid; mediation services, bringing the people behind projects (or the relevant sponsors) into contact with potential donors; allocation of donations according to the wishes of the donors; information for donors on the progress of projects and how their money is spent. Meanwhile, SGS is partnering with a network of esteemed Swiss institutions who sustain our projects by supplying financial funds and lending them their specific know-how and / or by taking on such responsibilities as planning, design, training, coordination and controlling both in Switzerland and Cambodia.

• Bachelor degree in educational management or related field 
• At least 2 years demonstrated management and supervisory experience in private school management including academic development, human resource management and school administration
• Strong organizational, communication, report writing, decision-making, conflict solving and facilitating skills, and good interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate ability to work independently, trustworthily, and collaboratively 
• Good English proficiency 
• Demonstrate passion to promote education system in Cambodia 
• Computer literacy MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Internet & Email 
• Ability to adapt and willingness to learn 

• Vice School Principal works closely with the School Principal to ensure the smoothness and success of the operation of Khmer Kindergarten Program, English Kindergarten Program and helps facilitate Khmer General Education Program. Furthermore, the Vice School Principal is directly in charge of Extracurricular program (Extra-added Subjects) of Village School Project
• To coordinate, maintain school curriculum and activities to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of school operations
• To manage operational staff and teacher to ensure effective personnel management 
• To handle related students’ incident, concerning to ensure timely solved
• To support in preparing enrollment plans, operational plans, educational policies, functional policies, and regulations for effective implementation 
• To assist in organizing school events, educational competitions and student field trip
• To maintain quality excellences of schools’ academic program to ensure effective quality management 
• To handle weekly meeting with teaching staff to improve and strengthen teaching quality
• To do other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
