GL Finance Plc. (GLF) began its commercial activities in Cambodia in May 2012, being the first step of the regional expansion plan. GLF is the first financial company for motorcycle and agricultural machinery licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia.

GLF has teamed up with Honda NCX to provide financial services to all local Honda customers. Based on this partnership, GLF can support the purchase of brand­new motorcycles from its commercial desk in each official Honda retailer. With presence in 150 outlets, covering of the countries’ provinces, GLF will soon expand to the rest of the country. 

• At least Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking, or other related fields.
• Understanding in Micro-Finance, Banking, Credit. 
• Proficiency in English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening).
• Be honest, team work, and good communication skill.
• Computer knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet & Email.

• Set the objectives for each staff in the department and allocate the work appropriately.
• Assess efficiency and needs of the team considering development, re-organization if needed.
• Prepare all procedures and update for new procedures if needed.
• Make sure all procedures are respected and followed accordingly.
• Assess the efficiency and identify performance indicators for reporting.
• Coordinate collaborations with other departments.
• Supervise all underwriting applications.
• Coordinate training activities and supervise implementation.
• Prepare and follow up for all recruitments needed.
• Prepare the monthly and yearly budget of the Department.
• Motivate and provide perspective to the team.
• Organize and Supervise end of the year evaluations for all operations staffs.
• Report to Excom meeting every week for all matters related to Operations.
• Report to the Board of Directors for all matters related to Operations.
• Perform other tasks as required by the manager of GL Finance.
