• Have knowledge of truck spare parts and operations system.
• Have knowledge of country geography, especially road network. 

• To arrange trucks for delivery based on the company’s daily sale plan.
• To follow up closely on the truck arrangement and take necessary actions to prevent from late delivery. 
• To work effectively with the contracted transport vendors to ensure the availability of their trucks to fulfill the company’s sale plan.
• To visually inspect all loading trucks and take necessary actions to prevent from unsafe loading regarding product quality and transportation. 
• To prepare/check payment report for truck drivers and workers.
• To prepare/check transport vendor’s payment statements.
• To actively be involved in the maintenance of all trucks and equipments.
• To strive to minimize all waste.
• To always work in a safe manner, following the safety rules and instructions and common sense.
• To take actions to prevent others from working in an unsafe manner.
• To work effectively to meet the ISO requirements for Quality Management System, Food Safety Management System and Environmental Management System. 
• To do other tasks as required by superiors.
