• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
• At least 2 years experienced in transmission or IT network in Telecom industry 
• English proficient
• Computer literate (Ms. Office)
• Driving license 
• Able to work independently and under pressure

• Conducts migration service from BTS to BSC and others
• Ensures the network is on air with quality 
• Prepares plan works and activities to re-route traffic
• Coordinates with vendors to solve all network problems
• Monitors and controls all spare parts
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management
