•  Holding bachelor degree of business administration or Korean Language or related field; 
•  At least one years related working experience;
•  Communication and Interpersonal skills
•  Time management and stress management skills
•  Report writing skills
•  Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skill of Khmer, English, and Korean
•  Be able to use Computer MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email

•  Convert written document from Khmer/English into Korean and via versa;
•  Facilitate communication between staff and President/CEO or Korean Directors;
•  Interpret languages at meetings;
•  Accompany President/CEO, Korean Director, and/or translator and HR Officer and facilitate communication between them and Cambodian Staff as required.
