•Work with internal trainers in order to update all training materials
•Propose new courses that is applicable to operations
•Attend outsource training in order to update knowledge to provide internal training
•Work closing with each department to define their needs to improve their work
•Supervises employees’ and ensure adequate development employees
•Produces prepares wide variety training materials to all departments
•Understand training need assessment (TNA) and tool
•Prepare training plan and budget forecasting
•Perform another task as assigned
