•  At least 3-5 years’ experience in HR and with experience in trainings
•  Fluent in English
•  Computer knowledge – MS Office Application, internet and email.
•  Flexibility to respond to the needs of the business
•  Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
•  Ability to work under pressure and a good team player

•  Assist with organizing, coordinating and representing HR at staff activities and events.
•  Arrange trainings and monitoring inductions of new staff.
•  Maintaining all training and statistical data are up to date in the HR department
•  Assisting in the recruitment of team members as requested
•  Organising and support the running of staff meetings
•  Assisting in all matters related to staff welfare
