•  Bachelor degree or suitable qualification
•  2 years related experience in power generation industry, or other heavy industry
•  Previous teaching experience will be a strong advantage
•  Strong English communication skills
•  Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS products (Word and Excel)
•  Work location is in Preah Sihanouk province

•  Compile training needs identification and develop training plans for each staff
•  Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and work out implementation of training plan and schedule
•  Assist the training Manager or trainers from other sections to develop the required documentation in supporting training
•  Liaise with external training providers
•  Conduct training for local and expat staff
•  Administer training records and other forms of record keeping
