• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Management or other relevant
• 4 years experience in marketing and brand management
• Excellent skill in Microsoft Words, Excels and Power Points
• Fluent in English Speaking
• Excellent Skill in English Writing
• Good in interpersonal skills

• Leading development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all products categories.
• Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away.
• Developing trade promotion programs targeted to retailers, wholesalers and distributors to attack products sell to customers 
• Managing department budget, ensuring spending is planned, within budget. Identify, develop and implement process and procedures as required ensure maximum ROI Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives, including coordination with Corporate Trade Marketing and budget management
• Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team
• Develop of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories
