•  Requires two years of experience as a telecommunications engineer (radio transmission systems, cable broadband systems). or 
•  Bachelor's degree from an college or university in telecom engineering or electrical/electronic engineering, physics or engineering technology.
•  Understand radio transmitting equipment/systems.
•  Knowledge of physical processes relate to radio waves.
•  Strong with calculation. 
•  Additional experience in a Networking or IT are welcome. 
•  Good command of English (required)
•  Chinese (preferable)

• Telecommunications engineers are electrical and electronics experts who specialize in radio transmitting systems and broadband telecommunications. 
•  Diagnosing a problem and troubleshooting in broadband coaxial and optical telecom network. 
•  Coaching a new staff.
