Xinwei (Cambodia) Telecom Co., Ltd (CooTel) is the telecom company that was established in Cambodia since late of 2011 while we currently are growing bigger and bigger with our branches in Phnom Penh, Kompong Cham, Battambang, Siem Reap, Sihanouk Ville, Prey Veng and Svay Rieng as well. In addition, we are planning to open more branches of all provinces in Cambodia.

• Have good experiences of optical transmission, familiar with equipment troubleshooting and data configuration and also some knowledge on the optical network planning
• Have basic knowledge of mobile network such as GSM,UMTS,LTE
• Have basic knowledge of NGN network architecture and VOIP
• Have basic knowledge of IP network, IP routing technology and TCP/IP protocol ( CCNA certificate is the first priority )
• Strong teamwork skills and a systems approach to technology support 
• Is available to work all shifts in support of 24/7 operation

• Network Surveillance of 4G Mobile Phone Network and Transmission Network , Quickly, Identify network related problem
• Take remedial action to resolve Network Problem and escalate to the appropriate department of further action if require 
• Participate in Equipment Software Upgrades and other duties.
• Shift based 27/7 Roster, Daily and Monthly Report of active alarm & follow up 
• Report to line Manager, Customer Care, Customer Service and the other department during the network out of service or maintenance
