Job Description :
	Pre-sales technical support Attend meetings with sales to understand customers technical requirements Provide service demonstrations to customer Oversee customers during their testing process to ensure successful integration Post-sales technical support Investigate any technical issues customer is facing Ensure highest level of customer service. Gather customer feedback Testing of new features being released to customers.
Job Requirement :
	Customer focused Completed university or in final year. Studied in IT or programming Work experience in customer support or technical support Can speak English or Chinese (or both) Can Work as a Team
