• Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum three(3) to five (5) years working experience in related field
• Must have a good understanding of a “services business” in high technical environment
• Post-graduate / professional qualification in relevant field will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding knowledge in LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VoIP, VPN and Firewall
• Customer-focused, passionate about delivering customer exceptional communication and customer interface skills
• Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities/skills
• Ability to deliver customer facing qualify and operations review regarding network performance
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and good command of English
