• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering preferred
• Minimum of two years experience in a Network broadband LAN, WAN
• At least CCNA3 ( able to configure VLAN, VTP, Trunk, ACL, IOS...etc)
• IP routing (RIP, OSPF, NAT, PAT, ACL, Firewall...etc )
• Unix (Linux, CentOS) operating systems administration, Shell Script
• NMS and monitoring tool understanding
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution (both hardware and software)
• Ability to analyze and fix problem
• Able to draw and design scheme
• Able to work at night ( if need )
• Speak Khmer, English, Chinese (preferable)

• Technical support of customers, troubleshooting
• Management team
• Work closely with engineer team to maintain and facilitate customer in good service
• Other task related with technical supporting
