• Male only 
• Bachelor degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, specialization in Networking or equivalent 
• At least 01 year working experience in relevant job is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English 
• Willing to work hard and customer oriented 

• Provide daily report to Technical Support Leader Team
• Support & Maintenance customer
• Research and E-Learning for find new technology
• Available for standby at weekend
