Introduction :

South East Asia Telecom Group Ltd (SEATEL Group) was established in 2014 in Singapore as a mobile telecom and ISP investor in ASEAN region. South East Asia Telecom (Cambodia) Co, Ltd (SEATEL Cambodia), founded in 2014, the subsidiary of SEATELGroup in Cambodia, is a comprehensive telecommunication operator whose business includes mobile telecommunication and Internet services. SEATEL Cambodia has the related operating licenses from the royal government of Cambodia, such as licenses of mobile communications (including 4G LTE), ISP, wireless fixed-line, VOIP and others, and this subsidiary has begun its nationwide 4G FDD LTE mobile telecommunication network construction and planned to start the operation in the first half of 2015. 

Job Requirement :
  •  Good sense to new technology, strong desire to learn.
  •  Good knowledge on Windows Linux and UNIX systems in enterprise infrastructure.
  •  1-3 year of experience on IT support.
  •  Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  •  Good communication skills, good interface to users, team members and vendors.
  •  Good oral and written English.
  •  Be capable to deal pressure, balance work and life correspondingly. 
Job Duties :
  • Perform daily administration activities for all host servers including analyzing, installing, modifying Operating Systems, storage, applications, backups and account administration.
  • Assists with the planning (implementation and ongoing usage/forecasting/trending), design, setup and troubleshooting of such items as Operating Systems, systems management software, security software, backup software, productivity applications.
  • Assist with weekend Incident On-call responsibilities
  • Determines new technology's needs, including researching, evaluation and cost analysis.
  • Utilize trouble ticket system to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Interface with sales team to resolve pending issues.
  • Maintaining knowledge of diverse infrastructure architecture, security policies and standards and consistently applying these practices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, or performance problems.
  • Automate tasks with medium complexity or multiple handoffs
