• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Engineering, Technical or others related fields;
• At least 5 year experiences Technical experiences and management;
• Have a good interpersonal skill, hardworking, initiative and honesty;
• Having a good communication and time management skills; 
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem solving and influencing skills
• Dynamic and pleasant personality;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English;
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office, Internet, E-mail, Outlook 

• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration;
• Provide support to users with problem of system, electrical or other technical difficulties; 
• Assist in conduct interview and train new technical support staff;
• Generate ideas for improving technical products;
• Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule;
• Provide electrical power by maintaining electrical equipment and outlets; including energy management system for lighting, 
• Manages unit and development cost estimations and helps determine affordable and reliable material sources
• Establishes technical standards in reviews, documentations, and designs
• Updates mechanical engineering job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
