• High School diploma/GED/ Bachelor's degree of IT
• Two years’ experience providing customer service in an academic or corporate environment.
• Two years’ experience supporting computer hardware and software in an academic or corporate environment.
• Good written communication skill as evidenced by application materials.
• Associate’s degree, technical college certificate, or higher degree in technology related field.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of LAN / WAN principles and protocols.
• Experience creating technical documentation.
• Monitors and responds to hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques. 
• Knowledge of Networking & Camera Security

• Provides installation; maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware
• Installing, configuring and maintaining servers, desktop and laptop PCs, peripherals, printers, scanners, projectors, camera security, photocopiers, 
• Installing and configuring application and operating system software and upgrades 
• Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software fault
• An ability to work to deadlines
• Provide basic technical support via phone, email, chat or in person. Using troubleshooting skills, determine the source of hardware and software issues, and whether or not they can be resolved quickly or will require further research or escalation.
