• Provides installation; maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware
• Installing, configuring and maintaining servers, desktop and laptop PCs, peripherals, printers, scanners, projectors, camera security, photocopiers,
• Installing and configuring application and operating system software and upgrades
• Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues
• Diagnosing and solving hardware/software fault
• An ability to work to deadlines
• Provide basic technical support via phone, email, chat or in person. Using troubleshooting skills, determine the source of hardware and software issues, and whether or not they can be resolved quickly or will require further research or escalation.
