• Bachelor's degree from a college or university in:
•  telecom engineering or
•  electrical/electronic engineering or
•  physics or
•  IT.
• 2. If you are person with:
•  Self discipline
•  Punctuality
•  Willing to study for new things
•  Strong with calculation
•  Knowledge for working with PC (MS Excel, MS Word etc) 
•  Good English level (Writing/reading/listening strongly required)
•  Khmer (high grammar level is required)

• Technical Assistant is a specialists with technical background (electrical, radio or IT) with administrative skill.
