• Target recruits will be new graduates or likely graduates, including those with 1-2 years of relevant work experiences with the following qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree, preferably with an emphasis in accounting, finance, economics, laws or a related field with relevant experience within a finance, accounting and/or law environment with exposure to taxes
• Working knowledge of current and emerging tax implication, with the ability to apply 
• knowledge
• general knowledge or coursework in tax laws
• commitment to learning and improvement and excellent communication skills
• general knowledge or coursework in tax laws
• proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability
• strong English written and verbal communication skills
• a commitment to learning in a tax technology environment
