•  Master Degree or B.A Degree preferably in Accounting and/or Finance
•  At least five years of experience performing tax procedure across multiple industries, experience in banking preferred.
•  Tax Agent Certificate (TAC) and or CPA (Certify Public Accountant) certification is preferable. 
•  Strong tax technical and research skills.
•  Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
•  Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
•  Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
•  Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•  Capacity for sustained work on multiple and changing priority projects under tight time frames.
•  Good comment in English in speaking, written and listening. 
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
•  Able to work under time pressure and need less supervision.
•  Be humble and honest/flexibility. 

• Improve the efficiency and accuracy of income tax accounting and streamline the overall tax accounting processes. 
•  Oversee the income tax planning of numerous legal entities by researching and interpreting tax regulations and laws and recommending optimal income tax strategies and structures; and ensure compliance to the regulations.
•  Review Group Companies monthly tax return.
•  Prepare year –end closing account, reporting, etc. 
•  Tax planning & tax compliance optimize income tax expense. 
•  Pre-arrangement TOP calculation to managers.
•  Review and coordinate daily tax-related works with Group. 
•  Review daily tax transactions posting into QuickBooks Companies accountants.
•  Research and interpret new law changes and proposals, income tax issues, and evaluate their impact on the Company’s tax structure to the Group companies. 
•  Other tasks assigned by Manager.
