VisionFund is seeking 01 qualified candidate to fill the position of Treasury Support Manager to ensure that assets and liabilities are properly and efficiently controlled and managed and risks associated with assets and liability and/or mismatch have been identified, measured and properly managed. This position is also to ensure compliance with reporting requirement of all stakeholders especially lenders/investors and also to monitor and manage foreign exchange risk at the efficient and right manner. She/he will also provide leadership and management to online lending platform to ensure that requirement has been fulfilled.

POSITION TITLE:TREASURY SUPPORT MANAGER (01 POST)

• Must understand and agree on VisionFund’s vision, mission, and values;
• Bachelor University Degree in related field;
• 2 years of work experience in managing exchange transaction, asset & liability management;
• Strong computer skills especially on Microsoft Offices, analytical applications, powerpoint, and other related software;
• Excellent command of Khmer language and good understanding, speaking and writing in English;
• Possess the analytical, and reporting writing skill;
• Ability to work under pressure, highly self-motivated, and work with less supervision;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks;
• Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.

• Prepare personal plan and assist in developing the treasury plan of action for effective workflow;
• Ensure that VisionFund Cambodia has an efficient and adequate Internal Control System to manage all the exchange transactions, with clients and outsiders;
• Assist Head of Treasury in managing proper and efficient asset and liability;
• Assist Head of Treasury and Chief Financial Officer/Head of Finance in preparing company’s annual financial budget/projection, mainly related to the Foreign Exchange Gain/Loss and asset and liability management;
• Develop and update the procedures and guidelines related to Foreign Exchange Transaction;
• Take lead in analysis of demand and supply position for a specific currency of the institution;
• Assist Head of Treasury and Chief Financial Officer to manage all national and international due diligence visits;
• Assist Head of Treasury in preparing proposal and donor report with effective manner.
