Job Description :

|
-
Draw up overall training plan in cooperation with Training Manager.
-
Work with Training Manager to determine training needs.
-
Prepare lesson plan, textbook, handouts, designing training workshop etc.
-
Be responsible for maintenance of training workshop, tools and equipments.
-
Be responsible for training tools and equipment proposal and inventory.
-
Conduct training to trainees, both internal and external centers.
-
Work with Training Manager to follow up skills evolution of mechanics.

Job Requirement :
|
|
-
Automotive or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
-
At least 2 year experiences in this filed.
-
Pedagogy educated or experience in teaching.
-
Good command of both written and spoken English.
-
Strong working ethic professional manner.
-
Willing to learn and have a good team play.
-
Good computer literacy with Ms. Office, internet & E-mail.
-
Willing to travel to province or anywhere.
