•  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Economics and other business related disciplines are mostly preferred.
•  At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment is preferred
•  Good communication skills in both English and Khmer
•  Good persuasion and negotiation skills
•  Genuine interest in recruitment
•  Great positive attitude and personality
•  Highly organized and can multitask

•  Ensure recruitment process is adhered to
•  Main point of contact for all recruitment
•  Liase with Managers and staff to understand jobs and create accurate job descriptions
•  Monitor and track all sources of job postings and do monthly reports
•  Source and screen candidates and schedule interviews as well as submit monthly reports
•  Liase with Group Recruitment team to leverage on capabilities
•  Manage CV database and keep track of recruitment and compliance
•  Actively involved in recruitment activities or events as required
•  Liase and manage relations with recruitment agencies
•  Take ownership of entire compliance process for Urbanland and related entities
•  Establish and manage ministry relations and deal with HR audits
•  Submit and process applications for workbook in a timely manner
•  Responsible for MOLVT staff in/out declarations
•  Monitor and keep up to date with work permits and visas
•  Manage, process and pay for NSSF contributions
•  Keep up to date with Labour laws
•  Keep track of expense and filing and reporting
