•  Has bachelor degree in related field (Management, Business, Finance, Law and/or Commerce, Economics)
•  Has at least 2 years of proven experiences in procurement and/or related management experiences
•  Has strong understanding of products, market prices of related supplies and its sources, in local market.
•  Possess strong knowledge of negotiation, cost & material analysis,
•  Has good command of English (speaking & writing), MS Word, Excel, & Powerpoint

•  Be business partner to Finance, HR, Ops & IT Departments and produce procurement/demand plan and budget management including introducing the alternative goods/services
•  Control Procurement system (SSPR, Sun System, CAS System, etc.)
•  Acquire, maintain and develop supplier pool
•  Respond promptly to any detected offenses, developing corrective action plan and reporting the findings to the management
•  Reduce ad-hoc transactions &effectively develop clear line of communication with relevant stakeholders
