•  Bachelor degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field
•  Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in process improvement and/or process redesign or equivalent experience.
•  Good analytical, communicative, interpersonal and computer skills
•  Knowledge of business workflows, operations processes & systems
•  Good command in English, computer skill such Excel, Word and Power point

•  Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
•  Support business process improvement initiatives through the implementation of predetermined/agreed synergies
•  Execute projects/initiative, which are related to business process improvement
•  Conduct processes reviews to eliminate duplication of activities and reduction in cost
•  Identify opportunities for cost reductions and service quality improvements
•  Implement the change to create automation of process/reports across all departments
•  Ensure all process/practices are in compliance with Regional policies, standard and procedures to minimize risk exposure.
