Bayon Bakery is a local and one of the leading bakeries in Cambodia was established since 1998. In order to fulfill customer's demands, we have expanded our stores to 12 branches in Phnom Penh with our signature Bayon French Burgette, Bakyong Bread (Porkfloss Bread), original cake, wedding cake and varieties fresh bread.

• 3 -5 years of retail or hospitality sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of general shop procedures
• Knowledge of relevant accounting software and or Points of Sales System
• Proficient in data entry and management
• Good interpersonal skill and team-building ability, honestly, dependable and trustworthy
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team

• Supervise retail staff, among which includes people working on the floor, and the cashiers
• Make sure pricing is correct
• Work on store displays
• Attend trade shows in order to identify new services and products
• Recruit, Coach, counsel, discipline and train employees
• Evaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staff
• Identify market trends that appeal to customers
• Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
• Ensure promotions are accurate and in tune with company’s standards
• Make sure that health and safety measures are met
• Monitor local competitors
• Maintain health and safety measures and store’s cleanliness
• Organize and distribute staff schedules
• Preside over staff meetings
• Handle customer complaints, issues and questions.
