Job Requirement :

• 3yrs progressively responsible retail experience in a fast-paced environment Solid experience in analyzing financial reports and staff supervision.
• Diploma/ bachelor degree or above holder, 
• Acts with integrity, honesty
• Able to working different shift
• Have a logical, analytical and creative approach to problem solving
• Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and work under the pressure.
• Good English communication.

Job Duties :

• Strategic Planning & Implementation (Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results.
• Operation Management (Managing & monitoring daily operations in the department according to defined systems/ procedures)
• Business Development (Exploring & developing new business/ products/ brands)
• Business Partnerships (Providing functional expertise and executing functional responsibility to other stakeholders & partners)
• Customer Service (Providing service to external customers)
• Project/ Event Management (Planning, organizing, delivering & controlling projects/ events with start & end dates)
• Staff Supervision & Development (Providing partners with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams)
• Use all operational tools to plan for and achieve operational excellence in the store. Tools include Automated Labor Scheduling, Monthly Status Report, Quarterly Business Review, cash management and inventory management.
