•  University degree or a recognized professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
•  Minimum 5 years experiences in commercial properties broker or agent in Cambodia market
•  Excellent negotiations skill and honestly
•  Knowledge of process of leasing agreement
•  Understand of real estate market and trend 
•  Good communication both Cambodia, English & Chinese is an advantage 
•  Able to work rotate weekend or holiday.

•  Negotiating with landlords for the best term & condition 
•  Doing research and analyses for space building rental
•  Area inspection and searches for new business location
•  Analyzing the property market trend and prospect location 
•  Provide daily, weekly report to General Manager of market trend status 
•  Other duties will be assigned by management
