• Diploma/University Degree in Finance & Accounting, IT or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory and warehouse management is a plus
• Good spoken and written English, both English and Khmer
• Possess background experience in stock management in IT products is prefer
• Good communication and high self-responsibility with strong commitment in team work.
• Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadline
• Computer literacy (Ms Word, Excel and Internet-Email or other application is a plus)

• Supervise and authorize stock movements and reconciliation activities undertaken by the Stock Recording and Stock Reconciliation teams.
• Receipt and process all bills of lading for all primary product movements.
• Investigate any losses and gains outside of tolerance for each primary transportation movement and provide evidence to supervisor for an approval.
• Investigate an error from logs provided by Stock Keeper and give advice to clear error.
• Record special movement, opening and closing stocks when not interfaced as well as missing movements.
• Validate receipt of refinery mass balance from refinery system (e.g. stock intake and production losses & gains).
• Validate that all movements of transactions, which have physically taken place have been accurately and completely recorded in the system before stocks are reconciled and completion of daily throughout reconciliation.
• Reconciliation of book versus physical stocks on regular basis for depot and third party operated depots, and on time for period and close with resolution of all discrepancies.
• Revise and approve overview of losses and gains
• Assist in the ordering of appropriate stock.
• Oversee entry and security of stock, display of stock.
• Conduct monthly stock take/ count and prepare appropriate reports for the Administration        Coordinators. 

Location: This position is based in Phnom Penh

Duration: Full-time work
