Phnom Climb is the first indoor rock climbing gym in Cambodia. We are looking for an energetic individual with a fun personality to work Part Time as a Sports Assistant. This person will help our climbing teachers during classes, belay customers, and make sure customers have a great experience.

• Good spoken English

• Outgoing - Must be comfortable talking to expats and Cambodians, not afraid to show authority if necessary

• Team Player & responsible

• Eager to learn how to climb and belay and climbing specific skills

• Assist the climbing teachers during classes for children and adults so they run smoothly

• Climb with and/or belay customers and ensure their safety at all times

• Explain climbing basics and safety to customers

• Help out at the front desk

• Provide excellent customer service

• Clean up climbing gear and facility after classes
