•  Master Degree, preferably in Management/Economics or related field
•  At least 2-3 years experiences in Sales & Marketing of Spare Parts & Lubricant
•  Motivated, positive attitude, pro-active, ad team-work oriented
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills
•  Proficiency in English both writing and speaking
•  Design skill and knowledge is a plus
•  Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

•  To develop marketing strategy for Spare Parts & Lubricant to spread to customer in nation wide
•  To set a long-term/mid-term/yearly sales plan through existing and new distribution channel
•  To create annual Spare Parts Action Plan and keep regular PDCA for every activities to archieve as per schedule
•  To create annual marketing calendar in the area of Distributor Operation and Sales Distribution
•  Daily, Weekly, and Monthly monitor sales performance/activities result reported by each staffs
•  To keep regular update parts & lubricant market information and competitor movement to management
•  To create initiative idea for developing advertisement (media, events, etc...) and promotion/campaign
•  Oversee the Parts performance and maintain/ update of the SOPs of each operation
•  To ensure the Parts Biz report accuracy and submit timing on time to stakeholder
•  Lead Spare Parts team to follow stock policy, to ensure effective control and avoiding long aging stock
•  Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by management
