•  At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•  Strong in sales with new customers
•  Good sales closing rates and proven sales records
•  Good interpersonal skills and communications skills
•  Must have relevant sales experience in Beauty SPA Wellness industries

•  Oversee the smooth running of the Spa on a day to day basis to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
•  Manages supplies, equipment inventories, manpower within budget.
•  Handle training to all staff in Spa section and ensuring that Spa section has a professional massage and impress the customers.
•  Ensure that the standards of all services performed are as set in the spa training manual and are conducted as per the standard operating procedures set.
•  Maximize revenue for Spa section in Operations Department.
•  Understands the impact of department’s operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and managing to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
•  Handle complaints and specific customer requests.
•  Schedules the staff in section.
•  Observe and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations.
