• Bachelor Association business relate field
• 3 experiences Sourcing and finance
• Familiar with SAP ERP system is highly desired but not mandatory
• Strong of Microsoft Office, internet email.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Khmer, knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus
• Be respectful transparent dealing others, commitment, accountable, integrity, flexible, accept responsibility delivering outcomes
• Willingness work a team good organizational inter-personal skills, reliable, honest trustworthy person

• Understand fleet management
• Make and propose for freight rate recommendation to get approval
• Set up cost model for each type of truck
• Analyze freight cost and suitable margin base key cost driver
• Understand up-to-date investment and operating cost of transport business
• Timely adjust freight cost to reflect the market situation
• Prepare transportation budget to conform with business plan
• Implement clear performance measurement and provide feedback to transporters for recognition and improvement
• Understand SAP system
