The merger has resulted in the creation of the largest mobile telecommunications company in Cambodia with more than 8 active million subscribers. Smart provides mobile service in 2G, 3G, 3.5G, 4G and the latest 4G+ in all 25 provinces and cities of Cambodia. Smart is the first telecoms operator who brought 4G LTE to the Kingdom in January 2014.Smart proved to be undisputed #1 company in its operational business.

SmartLuy Operation Support Officer are responding on: UAT testing, Support IT Issues, Interfacing with IT and SL Business Team, etc.

Job Requirement :

A. Academic Qualification:
• Degree or higher in Business Management, Banking, Finance, Telecommunications or in a related field.

B. Skills required:
• Good leadership skills
• Strong computer literacy (particularly MS Office Suite)
• Familiarity with latest mobile technology payment solutions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record for personal and professional integrity
• Self-driven and highly motivated.
• High response and flexible
• English and Khmer good.
• Strong analytical skill

C. Working Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in a related commercial field: micro-credit, mobile-money or other financial services targeting low income consumers in Cambodia.
• Proven ability of critical thinking and dispute handling both in operation and technical.

Job Duties :

• Execute UAT based on Functional Specification Requirement document of SmartLuy 
• Support daily operation with relevant internal and external stakeholders such as: IT, BI, Finance, CC, Biz&Eco team and Partnerships partners
• Handle dispute from both internal department and external partners 
• Escalate related SmartLuy issued to IT and Vendor 
• Interfacing with IT and SmartLuy Business team of any change request
• Follow up IT ticket log issue with IT department
• Prepare daily or weekly report dispute escalation for manager
• Prepare Monthly meeting as required by Manager
• Any other task as assigned by manager
