• 1 years of experience in a related commercial field: micro credit, mobile-money or other financial services targeting low income consumers in Cambodia.
• Proven ability to build and manage a network of field offices and regional representatives, with support functions, in a comparable industry.
• Knowledge of the local business environment, particularly in financial services, payments, mobile money or telecoms industries.

• Daily visit to SmartLuy outlets accordingly assigned or agreed monthly schedule
• Manage agent liquidity by convince them to maintain wallet balance at certain level
• Support agent on POS terminal and POSM related
• Ensuring Standard for quality, customer service and make sure SmartLuy agent is well trained for SmartLuy product
• Provide personally driving the SmartLuy & Top up sales process within in your area
• Responding to customer complaints and comments
• Monitoring what local competitors are doing
• Set up weekly & monthly plan and follow up the plan to make sure it will be achieve
• Merging any requirement report for team and line manager
• Any other task as assigned by Regional Supervisor
