The merger has resulted in the creation of the largest mobile telecommunications company in Cambodia with more than 8 active million subscribers. Smart provides mobile service in 2G, 3G, 3.5G, 4G and the latest 4G+ in all 25 provinces and cities of Cambodia. Smart is the first telecoms operator who brought 4G LTE to the Kingdom in January 2014.Smart proved to be undisputed #1 company in its operational business.

Job Requirement :

•Ability to influence others
•Good sales experience and negotiation skills
•Good customer focus
•Good computer literacy (particularly MS Office Suite)
•Familiarity with latest mobile technology payment solutions
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•A proven track record for personal and professional integrity
•Self-driven and highly motivated.
•English and Khmer good.
•1 years of experience in a related commercial field: micro credit, mobile-money or other financial services targeting low income consumers in Cambodia.
•Proven ability to build and manage a network of field offices and regional representatives, with support functions, in a comparable industry.
•Knowledge of the local business environment, particularly in financial services, payments, mobile money or telecoms industries.

Job Duties :

•Daily visit to SmartLuy outlets accordingly assigned or agreed monthly schedule
•Manage agent liquidity by convince them to maintain wallet balance at certain level
•Support agent on POS terminal and POSM related
•Ensuring Standard for quality, customer service and make sure SmartLuy agent is well trained for SmartLuy product
•Provide personally driving the SmartLuy & Top up sales process within in your area
•Responding to customer complaints and comments
•Monitoring what local competitors are doing
•Set up weekly & monthly plan and follow up the plan to make sure it will be achieve
•Merging any requirement report for team and line manager
•Any other task as assigned by Regional Supervisor
