•  Bachelor degree in Civil or Hydraulic Engineering
•  3-5 years experiences in civil works, especially with irrigation project
•  Be able to operate AutoCad, Civil 3D and other applications relating to the design and quantity estimates.
•  Can use Auto Level or Total Station Instrument
•  Good communication and inter-personal skills
•  Good speaking in English is more advantage.
•  Ability to work under pressure

•  Assist Site Manager in execution of all technical works and site management.
•  Manage workers’ daily performance and solve the problem at Site.
•  Be able to interpret shop drawing for construction works at site.
•  Responsible for monthly progress report and progress evaluation claim. 
•  Monitoring daily on the contractor/sub-contractor’s work.
•  Ensure work quality of construction and in accordance with time lines of the project.
