Job Duties :

Site inspection to make sure that the sub constructors follow the architect plan.

Control construction materials at the site to make sure that the sub constructors are not use over and keep the site cleaning.
-
Calculate accurately of the quantity of construction materials such as concrete, steel, tiles, etc.
-
manage workers at site
-
Strong negotiation skill and problem solving
-
Report site problem to manager or director.
