•  Bachelor degree in Engineering or other related field
•  3 years’ work experience in real estate project
•  Good communication, Hardworking, leadership personality
•  Strong background in engineering basic
•  Able to use engineering / architect computer program (ex: ACAD, Microsoft project, etc..)

•  Control contractors to work according to schedules, drawings, designs, specifications and good practices in engineering and architect
•  Assist the site manager in overseeing construction works
•  Responsible for daily report, weekly reports and monthly reports
•  Provide technical advice and solve problems on site
•  Control waste material
•  Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure that work sequences are correct
•  Closely work with the site manager and project manager to ensure that work health and safety rules are adhered to
