We design wood floor and our floor is exporting to overseas market like Hong Kong and Indonesia. Currently we are opening a new office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We are finding the qualify candidate to apply and share their abilities and experience  to promote our company

•  Site Engineer must has hands-on experience installing the company's products or services to properly oversee installation technicians' responsibilities.
•  Careful and responsible

•  Ability to manage team and assign teak work as site engineer/team leader
•  Work on detail

•  Be able to manage subordinates

•  Can speak English

•  Supervise, train, arrange and motivate installer.
•  This includes scheduling staff and directing the installation of services or products according to specifications.
•  This may also include inspecting installation sites and testing equipment after installations to ensure proper function.
•  Maintain and push up work progress to be accomplished under schedule and deadline
•  Supervision and safety control accordingly to avoid any accident
•  Check everything in detail at sites (Training will be provided)
•  Push the installation schedule on time to complete
•  Pre-check the site with installer and later can re-check by you
•  Learn the installation process and estimate the duration of installation
•  Improve the installation time and quality of installation
•  Bring some machines and support installation as needed
•  Understand individual installer’s abilities and character
•  Control installation time and working time/attendant
•  Discuss with office staff to find out the best possible completion time
•  Achieve KPI on each project
•  Make site report every day and suggest solutions to solve problem
•  Feedback to office staff for any changes or different from our floor plan or special requested by customers.
