•  Bachelor’s degree in 1 year in technical or a related field. Engineer or construction Management preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience working for construction project
•  Knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, bills of quantities
•  Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and, terms and conditions of Project Contracts,
•  Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•  Knowledge Auto cad
•  Time management skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
•  Negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate payments and change orders with subcontractors
•  Strong presentation, written, communication and report writing skill
•  Ability to work with team environment
•  Good solving problem
•  Ability to work under pressure
•  Honestly, personality, Friendly
•  Written and spoken English
•  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

•  Keep track the progress of contract with subcontractors & Vendors
•  Training subcontractors Policies & Procedures
•  Evaluate the performance of subcontractors the contract those who not follow contract standard, Technical & specification,
•  Divide and Rotate subcontractors
•  Record data subcontractors for report
•  Research new subcontractors
•  Interview new subcontractors
•  Plan subcontractors for new area
•  Solve Problem with site & subcontractors
•  Follow up work of subcontractors on project item.
•  Check progress site
•  All of duties as assigned by management
