• Bachelor degree in Civil engineering;
• At least 1 year work experience in construction works; 
• Be able to communicate in English;
• Be competent in MS Office, Internet and Email, and AutoCAD;
• Be able to travel to site;
• Be able to solve problems related to site construction;
• Being friendly, strong self-motivated, hardworking and trustworthy.

• Monitor all workers at site to ensure that work getting done as plan and done on time
• Interact with sales manager for clarification in architectural; 
• Follow up the working process at site;
• Ensure that works are being carried out as per design/specification/or planning; 
• Conduct regular site inspections;
• Identify and highlight the possible risk of the project;
• Accurately check and make order on construction materials; 
• Inspect and control site construction progress work;
•Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report to the site manager and project manager;
• Request, inspect and control construction materials;
• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
