• Providing a high-level customer service process to the Kofi’s active and potential customers
• Monitoring and reporting customer inquiries and complaints to sales supervisor
• Propose to develop indicators that measure the desired customer service levels in order to monitor and control the desired service levels in the touch points
• Maintain accurate and organized customer files
• Providing regular statistical reports to the sales supervisor
• Use strong consultative sales skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and motivation to make the sale
• Work with local outside salespeople to assist in following up with any issues
• Ensure that all new goods in showroom always clean
• Handle stock on KOFI showroom ensuring it is correctly between report and stock on hand
• Records all borrow items related stock on KOFI showroom and make sure all product available for selling on public holiday and weekend
• Follow company policies and procedures
