•  One-year team management experience and express experience is a plus.

•  Strong ability at operation and business development. 

•  Responsible for shop operation (service, team management, and target achievement.
•  Exception handling, guarantee the OTD and service is in line as required. 
•  Business development, maintaining existing customer and dig out potential customers.
•  Public relation maintenance in the area, improving company image. 
•  Guarantee the safety of team member and property and money. 
•  Responsible for people recruiting and development.
