• Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking or related field • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in a financial industry • Good English communication skills both verbal and written • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Candidates must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced accounting software knowledge (Advance Excel is advantages) • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to sustain effective relations internally and externally at all levels of a large organization • Fast Learner, Honest and able to work under pressure and willing to work as a team
• Prepare and process company Product & Service • Prepare daily settlement by sale corp. and Merchain according to policy and schedule. • Daily report send to sale corp. and Merchain • Daily booking case reverse. • Do monthly reports by sale corp. to manager. • Do reconciliation on sale corp. and merchain • Handles upset or irate customers by phone call • Directly work with Senior and Supervisor • Correspond with various other departments, discussing Company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. • Improves technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications. • Prepare bank statement by timeframe; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to upper level. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Other job assign.
