Job Duties :
  • SUMMARY
  • Serves guests in a courteous and prompt manner to ensure guest satisfaction, performs food and beverage service and set-ups according to established standard, coordinates and executes daily work assignments as assigned by Senior/Supervisor by performing the following duties.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Six months to two years related experience and/or training.
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS
  •  Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, shorts correspondence and memos in English.
  •  Ability to write simple correspondence.
  •  Ability to effectively present information.
  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLEILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned.
  •  Warm welcome with Cambodian Greeting Work. 
  •  Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service with the goal of up selling on each order.
  •  Always attentive to guests’ needs and problems, taking necessary action to ensure guest satisfaction within the parameters of authority assigned to the position.
  •  Observe dinners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
  •  Provide service to all guests in accordance to established standards of quality.
  •  Report for work in time in proper uniform and well groomed.
  •  Ensure all operating supplies and equipment are spotless.
  •  Ensure clearing of table is done in a proper way when customer still seating.
  •  Assist in keeping back of house areas clean ( Counter )
  •  When known address guests by name.
  •  Prints bill and accept payment.
  •  Thanks guests as they depart and invite them to return.
  •  Clears and resets counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
  •  Familiar with all restaurant policies and procedures in reference to training safety and security.
