Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor degree of Sale and Marketing or related field
  • 3 years of working experience in heavy equipment such as excavator, compactor, grader, backhoe loader,...
  • Age of 20-35 years old
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Computer literacy in Ms. Office (other programs are advantages)
  • Good communication with flexibility
  • Hard working and can work under pressure with strong commitment
  • Honesty, time management and team work
  • Can drive car and Has driving License
  • Be able to go to job site(at province sometimes)
Job Duties :
  • Prepare daily/monthly sale plan
  • Find and contact new customers to promote and sale products
  • Follow up and coordinate with customers’ order
  • Improve/Develop daily work with creative idea 
  • Report to Sale Manager 
  • Cooperate with related departments
  • Achieve the goal/target of sale
  • Assist in delivery order
  • Cash collection from customers according to term agreement
  •  Other duties assigned by Sale Manager
  • Build and maintain good relationship with key potential customer in public relation
  • Coordinate and support internal team in setting the realistic target group of customer
  • Performed daily sales in dealing with potential key account customer to develop, implementing and monitoring the new prospect and sales process control
  • Lead and support internal team in selling product to existing customer and new prospect with circulation new announcement/promotion to customer
  • Support internal team to develop a relationship with new prospect and existing customer to keep those group of customer more satisfy to continue to support Doosan excavator and Wheel loader
  • Identified new product/service improvement in industry trend and the progressive of competitor 
  • Maintained a professional and technical knowledge by attending in training, establishing personal network, benchmarking and continuous improvement among the team and participating in the profession manner
  • Assist sales manager to develop advertising, promotion campaign with cross functional department team such as sales and marketing and aftersales department
  •  Assist sales manager to conduct a sales training to the team in order to build up their capacity.
